Participating schools, programs and/or individual students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.

Thanks to the generosity of our presenting sponsor, Black & Veatch, participating schools, programs and/or individual students will be provided with a complimentary lunch that can be eaten during work group time.

Participating schools, programs and/or individual students will have access to Black & Veatch’s open Wi-Fi for research and brainstorming purposes.
All event sponsors, founders, support volunteers and student sponsors, aged 18 and up will need to present valid government ID for entry. Additionally, students are encouraged to bring a student ID and a device (smartphone, tablet, laptop) for research and planning.
